The Downtown Fargo Street Fair… A Great Place to Meet

3057647398_d0d2fc2e5e_m1I look forward to this event, the Fargo Street Fair, every summer. I usually get together with some of my friends and hit the streets of Fargo, to check out the vendors, both local and from around the country, to see the latest in arts and crafts. I am always impressed by how well organized this event is, along with the variety of different booths. I have also found that the vendors are reasonably priced and offer quality merchandise. It’s not just the same old stuff each year. Last year, I found the cutest desk for my 3 year old daughter. The colors matched her room perfectly and they personalized it for me, while I shopped, free of charge. I also try to pick up Christmas gifts for those hard-to-shop for people on my list. I can always find something unique and purchasing the items in July, helps my December budget.

I have to admit that I love all of the food vendors. I have such a hard time choosing between the hand made shakes, gyros, fry-bread tacos, and cheese curds, that I typically stop by the street fair a second time, to make sure I don’t miss out on any of the food.

Street Fair Hours: Thursday, July 16 - 10:00am until 9:00pm

Friday, July 17 - 10:00am until 9:00pm

Saturday, July 18 - 10:00am until 5:00 pm

I would love to hear what you like to shop for at the Fargo Street Fair…. Who knows, maybe I will see you there.
