Hey Fargo Moorhead, it’s that time of the year again! No, not for mosquitoes but for the Fargo Street Fair in downtown Fargo! I look forward to going to the street fair each year because I know I can always find something unique to buy. And of course, I love the food!! The dates are July 15 and July 16 (10:00 – 9:00) and July 17th (10:00 – 5:00). Last year I found a great piece of pottery and bought a wooden puzzle for my niece with her name on it. She loves it and told me that she wants another one for her birthday this year.

The great thing about the Downtown area is that there are so many fun shops to visit while looking at the booths. A few years ago it was so hot that stopping into Zandbroz or Boerth’s Gallery gave me a break from the heat as well as a chance to enjoy browsing through their huge inventories. If you have any suggestions for specific booths to go to or food vendors to try, I would love to hear them. I seem to gravitate towards the same food vendors each year, and this year am going to try some new tastes. I noticed that the Street Fair Website will have a list of events and vendors the week of the 12th. I will update this site with more information next week.
