It’s time to break out the sandals and pick out your favorite color of nail polish. If you are like me, you probably haven’t paid much attention to your toes during the winter season and your feet are showing it. I like to try out different places to get pedicures to find the best price and service. Josef’s School of Hair Design has two Fargo sites, downtown and on 45^th Street. They both offer Spa Pedicures starting at $20. I have visited both locations and have been pleased with them. Students perform all services and they provide all of the perks of some of the higher priced salons.

Salon Professionals Academy, another school (Hair Success), also does Spa Pedicures. This service starts at $25. I have had very good experiences at the SPA school and would recommend to anyone. Both Josef’s and SPA are great places to go with a couple girlfriends, as they have enough space to accommodate a group.

Many of the local nail places such as Fantasy Nails on 45^th Street and Fancy Nails on 13^th Ave. offer pedicures for a reasonable price, about $30. According to the website for Polished Nail Spa at 4265 45^th Street S., they offer a classic pedi (30 min for $30) or a polished pedi (55 min for $50). They also have mani/pedi treatments and paraffin wax add-ons.

Hair Success promises a pedicure complete with exfoliation, massage, and moisturizing. They offer a variety of scented foot masques to leave your feet feeling cool for hours. A spa pedicure at Hair Success starts at $60.
