Are you looking for a place where you can bring your car for service and repairs? I know just the place where the staff is honest and knowledgeable about all aspects of automobiles. I was reminded again this morning why my family always brings our automobiles, no matter what make or model, to Southpointe Service Center in South Fargo. My tire gauges on my dash continued to show that several of my tires were low on air. Last week I had a long nail pulled from one of my tires so I assumed that I had probably run over several at the same time and it was just now starting to show up on my gauges. So I called Southpointe Service Center on Saturday morning at 8:30 am and was told to bring my car in at 11 a.m. and someone would take a look at it. I waited in the lobby while they looked over my tires, and was ready to go in a half hour. The staff at Southpointe Service Center checked all of my tires for leaks and filled them all back to the recommended air pressures. There was nothing in my tires this time, they were just low on air. Here’s the SURPRISING part of the story. When I took my wallet out to pay, the man behind the counter told me that the cost of doing this work was $0. That’s right. I owed them NOTHING. Now when was the last time that has happened to anyone? We have brought our cars here for maintenance and repairs for years and we will continue to do so because of the knowledgeable staff and their honesty when servicing our cars. We know nothing about auto repairs so I really appreciate having a service station to bring my car to, where I can trust what they say is wrong with my car, is wrong.
