Ribfest, Ribfest, Ribfest

The first sign that summer is finally here is coming in two weeks….. RIBFEST!  One of the best parties in the Fargo/Moorhead area will take place June 9^th – 13^th.  If you have never been to Ribfest, it is well worth the trip.  Bring a large appetite for both food and a good time.  I suggest bringing the kiddos out for an afternoon of fun, then leaving them home that evening while you the “Misses” dance the night away.  Here is the skinny.

Take your time and try them all.  Every cooker has their own recipe and they will all be very different.  It is gonna be a long week.

Gate admission is $5 ($3 with coupon which can be picked up locally at HotSpring Spas, Fargo Tire, Tesoro, BioLife Plasma Services, and Farnam’s Napa Auto Parts.)  So worth it.
