This Tuesday, June 15th, 2010 the first of the Moorhead River Arts events will take place.  This had to be rescheduled and it sounds like the weather will be much more cooperative than the first time around!  This event will take place at Davy Park, located on the corner of 8th St. and 1st Ave. N. from 5:30p-8:30p.  If past years are any indication of how fun this night will be, you are in for quite a treat. 

This is a great event for the entire family.  There will be pony rides and horse drawn carriage rides, a farmer’s market as well as a wide variety of arts, crafts and jewelry.  In addition to all of that, food vendors will be on site with a variety of foods to try.  To top off the evening, Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome will be playing.  They are an awesome local band that just played at the FargoDome’s RibFest today.  If you haven’t had a chance to see this band, this is a great opportunity to do so!
