The Island Park craft show is this weekend, Saturday, August 28th and and Sunday, August 29th from 10a to 5p each day.  Take the time to get outside  this weekend, enjoy a stroll through the park and do some shopping at the same time.

 As always, there will be plenty to do and see and taste!  The weather is supposed to be just beautiful this weekend so I hope that people get out to support this craft show and all of the work that the many vendors put in to this event.

There will be entertainment at the top of every hour, starting at 11a each day.  You’ll be able to enjoy some jazz guitar, bluegrass and folk music, country music and even a steel drum quintet.  At 2:00 PM on Saturday, the kids will be able to enjoy Penny and Pals.  Along with this, there are 180 juried arts and original craft booths with that special treasure that you can’t find anywhere else.

 Admission is free.
