What a weekend this is going to be in the Fargo Moorhead Area if you love 80’s music the way I do. 

 Dig out your Aqua-Net and jean jacket to go watch the former frontman of Poison, Bret Michaels on Friday at The Venue at The Hub.  Brett will be rocking the stage with those ballads that kept us dancing all night long in the 80’s (see “Something to Believe In.”)   I’m sure we will here many of the other songs Michaels made popular as a member Poison and a few of his solo tunes as well.   Doors open at 8:00pm and the show begins at 9:00pm.  You can consider Brett the opener, because on Saturday Bon Jovi returns to the FargoDome after a two year absence. Bon Jovi has been rocking since the band formed in 1983, Bon Jovi consists of lead singer and namesake Jon Bon Jovi, guitarist Richie Sambora, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, and bassist Hugh McDonald.  Expect the floor of the Fargodome to be “Slippery When Wet,” while you do your best to “Keep the Faith and “Have a Nice Day”.  Tickets still on sale at the FargoDome for $89.50, $69.50, $49.50, $39.50 and $19.50.  Doors open at 6:00pm and the show begins at 7:30pm.
