I was recently at a friend’s jewelry party when I was first introduced to Wonton Skins. What surprised me the most was the fact that the recipe only called for four simple ingredients.
The next time you are looking for a simple recipe go ahead and try this one.
Purchase Wonton skins in the produce section at Hornbacher’s.
Other ingredients you will need:
1 pound sausage – cooked & drained (I used Italian Sausage)
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Spray a little Pam in your muffin tins; put the skins in the tins and bake for five minutes. Cool. Mix up everything else and fill the skins; I found that the mixture fills 30 skins. Cook for 10-15 minutes longer at 350 degrees.
Sit back and enjoy the rave reviews you will receive!

I made these this evening and they were excellent as promised!
