It may seem like we are out of the woods as far as the flu going around, but it sounds like the 3rd wave is here.  Hopefully, you have gotten your flu shot and/or H1N1 shot.  They are still available if you have not.

Minnesota is reporting that they are seeing an increase of people presenting to the clinic and hospital with flu-like symptoms.  They say this wave could be very dangerous so just because it’s the 3rd wave of this stuff, don’t take it lightly.  Symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.

It is a very contagious organism and many times is spread by the hands and sharing food.  Remember to wipe off surfaces with sanitary wipes that you share especially phones, keyboards, etc.  Use your hand sanitizer when you don’t have soap and water available to you.
