Fargo Parks is celebrating 100 years this week (1910-2010). The celebrating culminates with the 100th Birthday Celebration Night on Thursday July, 29th. Many activities are planned for the night, all at Fargo’s Island Park. The scheduled events include:

• 5pm the event will begin with disc golf, crafts, inflatables, face painting, and balloons.
• 5pm Ice Cream treats provided by Luther Family Ford. While supplies last.
• 5-8:30pm Concessions by Werks Wagon – serving gourmet hot dogs.
• 5:30-8:30pm Post Traumatic Funk Syndrome will perform
• 5:30-8:30pm NorthStar Mustang Car Club Show
• 6-8pm Free Open Swim at Island Park Pool
• 8-9pm Free Lap Swim at Island Park Pool
• Dusk (approximately 9:15pm) The Wizard of Oz will be shown. Free soda and popcorn while supplies last.
