Here’s just another way to enjoy our short summers here in the Midwest.  Casselton is the venue for the Cass County Summerfest starting Thursday, July 22, 2010 and running through Sunday, July 25.  There will be a Car Cruise, craft show, Guitar Hero tournament, parade, a 5K run and so much more.

On Thursday evening, the 8th Annual Car Cruise to Casselton will kick off the Summerfest activities at 6pm. The 5K Run/Walk will begin at 8am on Saturday, July 24, at the Central Cass High School, 8am.  The parade, also Saturday, starts at 11am, the Guitar Hero Tournament, same day, is 1pm at Martin’s Lutheran Church.  It’s for those entering 6th grade – 12th grade.  The craft show runs on Saturday, as well, from 9a-6p.
