<p>Evaluate these classes of people, and discover the unique needs and desires they share.  That will set you up to customize your advertising campaign directly to them.  It&#8217;s not hard to take your current ads, and make a few changes to adjust to the niches.  They&#8217;ll be impressed that you understand THEM, and the increase in your profits will be the best thanks you can get.</p>
<p>3.  Set Up a Winning Referral Program</p>

<p>I think I have been asked at least 1,000 times what it really takes to be successful in business, so I jotted down 10 questions you can use to gauge whether you already have what it takes, or if you need to do a little &#8220;work&#8221; to get there.</p>
<p>Many years ago, I heard Jim Rohn say that you either pay the price of discipline or the price of regret.  Discipline weighs ounces&#8230; regret weighs tons!<span id="more-13798"></span></p>
<p>With that said, here are 10 questions to ask yourself:</p>
<p>1.  Are you disciplined?</p>
<p>2.  Do you take rejection personally?  What about criticism?</p>
<p>3.  Do you bounce back quickly from making errors or falling over and over again?</p>
<p>4.  Are you a planner or do you do things by the seat of your pants?</p>
<p>5.  Are you prepared to take risks?  Moderate or big?</p>
<p>6.  Do you stay focused on one thing and one thing only until the result you want is achieved?</p>
<p>7.  Do you have the stamina to keep going long after everyone else is tired?</p>
<p>8.  Can you delegate well, or are you the only one who can do the things right?</p>
<p>9.  Do you wait for things to happen or do you aggressively go after what you want?</p>
<p>10.  Do you do whatever it takes to achieve your goals or just what&#8217;s convenient?</p>
<p>These questions are critical for you to ask yourself in order to get a true picture of your nature or behavior.</p>
<p>What I have found is that successful people are aware of the consequences of not being efficient in these areas, and find other ways, resources or people to manage for them.</p>

<p>This is the newest hangout where you can go and enjoy frozen yogurt. They usually have about 12 different flavors of frozen yogurt a day, and you can help yourself to samples of any flavor that you want. If you &#8221;like&#8221; them on FaceBook, you will be able to see the daily updates as to the variety of flavors they have each day.</p>
<p>This is how it works; once you&#8217;ve decided what flavor you like, you grab one of the three sizes of bowls that you&#8217;d like, and then you help yourself to what you want and how much you want.  And&#8230;.it gets even better!  If you&#8217;d like, you can add toppings.  Good luck though, as you try and choose from a huge variety of toppings, including fresh fruit, gummi bears, sprinkles, cookie dough bites, syrup&#8230;&#8230;the list goes on and on.  Once you&#8217;re ready to go, you bring your bowl up to the cashier and she&#8217;ll weigh it.  Once you&#8217;ve paid, sit back and enjoy!</p>
<p>I think my favorite thing about this place is that instead of having to ask the waitress for a sample of the flavors that I&#8217;m interested in, I can do it myself.  You know how it is at those other places&#8230;&#8230;.you ask the waitress for a sample and they hand you a little spoon with the sample on it and then they sit and stare at you&#8230;&#8230; Those days are gone.</p>
<p>I really enjoyed this restaurant and the cozy tables and chairs inside. On a nice day, you&#8217;re able to sit outside and enjoy your cool treat too.</p>
<p>So head out and try this place out.   Just to let you know, my favorite flavor is Royal Red Velvet. Let me know what yours is!</p>
